The Appointment Management web page is a useful reference source for advice and guidance.
The web page hosts information and a range of resources that can be used to work through how GP Connect might be configured or has been configured by users.
If configuration changes are required, the information on the web page highlights things to consider and actions to take when setting up Appointment Management from a clinical and operational perspective.
The web page also details the ODS codes for national NHS 111 providers. This information can be used to check whether all organisations listed have been included when configuring Appointment Management in the practice clinical system.
- in the first instance any issues need to be investigated using the supplier specific guidance and troubleshooting information before reporting via local support arrangements and channels
