Service performance management (SMPMGT)


HSCN Performance Report definition

CN-SPs shall provide performance data for each contract they hold with an HSCN Consumer that includes HSCN services.

CN-SPs shall use the template embedded below for HSCN Performance Report submissions and shall supply the same using an email address provided by the SC.


Regular performance engagement

CN-SPs are required to engage with the Service Co-ordinator through regular reviews. The purpose of these meetings are not strictly focussed on performance but are also an opportunity to discuss operational HSCN issues as well as an opportunity for CNSPs to regularly engage with NHS Digital to discuss improvement opportunities.

The Service Co-ordinator will engage with CN-SPs directly to arrange these meetings. A terms of reference is available to download.
