This guidance explains how a private mobile network, such as 4G or 5G, can provide secure and reliable wireless connectivity supporting mobility of healthcare professionals that need access to information on the move.
This guidance provides an introduction to the building blocks of mobile (cellular) connectivity, introduces indoor mobile and some of the potential benefits and considerations for using an indoor mobile solution to provide your connectivity.

Mobile vs cellular connectivity
The terms mobile connectivity and cellular connectivity have the same meaning and are sometimes interchanged. Throughout this document we use the term mobile connectivity.
