Issues with your patient account

The NHS App is not separate to your patient’s online account and will only mirror the information.


All issues should be raised with your clinical supplier and not the NHS App team:


Help and support using the NHS App

Patients can get help and support using the help button in the top right corner of their App or going to: NHS App help and support.

The practice, or the patient, can contact the NHS App team to request technical support using the contact form: Tell us what you need help with.

You can also add these inks to your practice website.
