CCG boundary changes

Your CCG will not be impacted by boundary changes.

GP practice membership changes

There are a small number of GP Practice membership changes in the Midlands and East of England regions that are exceptions or additions to the approved boundary changes, which will impact relevant CCGs.

Further information is available from the ODS Implementation of Integrated Care Boards from July 2022 page.
