Change management
Changes to the National Diabetes Foot Audit (NDFA) data collection are reviewed and agreed by the NDFA advisory group before being incorporated. The advisory group consists of clinicians, patient representatives and stakeholders in the audit. Any changes supported by the NDFA Advisory Group are proposed to the NDA Executive Group and NHS England. Only once agreed by this group will changes be taken forward.
The audit team ensures that the data set is updated in line with NICE guidelines and in line with the purpose of the audit.
