Amending site details for existing patient records

After implementation of the Master Provider in Site List (MPSL) in the Clinical Audit Platform (CAP), all new episodes and records entered onto Assuring Transformation will need to be reported against a site on the MPSL by selecting from the drop down list.

For open patient records where site details do not currently match an entry on the MPSL, please look to update these entries as soon as you can. However, you will be able to edit the record (e.g. add new details of CTRs, restrictive interventions or discharge planning), and submit without changing the site details, the existing entries will remain in the record. This should enable you to keep records up to date with all other information whilst waiting for a new or amended site to be added to the MPSL.
