Completing site details, provider is auto populated

Click into Q14a.

Search for a site by name or code using the Search all columns box.

All matching entries will be displayed, select the appropriate entry or search again.

When you select a site, the provider details are also auto populated, together with the site name and postcode.

If the site that you require is not available on the MPSL, you will not be able to submit the record.
