  • how do you receive the message, from whom and in what format?
  • do you receive a movers in or out report? If yes, how often and who sends it?
  • who processes the message and how do you process it (Number of staff involved)?
  • what do you do with the data once received?
  • how long does it take to process the data?
  • how many messages do you receive per day?
  • where does this information go to next? How do you notify the health visiting team?
