Reasonable Adjustment(s)

The Reasonable Adjustment flag was developed in the NHS Spine to enable health and care professionals to record, share and view details of reasonable adjustments across the NHS, wherever the person is treated.

The capability is now available on the National Care Records Service (NCRS). This information is available to be viewed from the amber banners or patient panel in NCRS.

This user guide is intended for all users of the Reasonable Adjustments feature in the National Care Records Service (NCRS). It explains how to create a Reasonable Adjustment flag and when it is appropriate to do so. Guidance is also provided for viewing, updating, and deleting a Reasonable Adjustments flag.
