How to fix common issues employers may have when using the Digital Staff Passport service.

Many issues with NHS Digital Staff Passport can be fixed by:

  • forcing a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5, and on Apple computers this can be Cmd + R)
  • clearing your browser's cache - press Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Delete
