Introduction
This is the data sheet for TNM 8th staging of Uterine Sarcomas (Leiomyosarcoma. endometrial stromal sarcoma, adenosarcoma) (ICD10 C53, C54).

Carcinosarcomas
Carcinosarcomas should be staged as carcinomas of the endometrium.
Note:
Simultaneous tumours of the uterine corpus and ovary/pelvis in association with ovarian/pelvic endometriosis should be classified as independent primary tumours.
